The Sol Principito Apartments are located just by the Playamar beachside promenade in the popular tourist destination of Torremolinos. The Sol Principito Apartments are only 1 km from the centre of Torremolinos and are ideally located for easy access to Malaga international airport (8 km) and the capital city of the Costa del Sol, Malaga (12 km). Also within a 15 km radius there are 3 superb golf courses and many more not much further away.

The Sol Principito Apartments comprise of 170 apartments and studios accommodating two to four people. They all have their own terrace overlooking the scenic gardens and swimming pool area. All rooms are fully equipped and come complete with their own bathroom (with hairdryer), kitchenette with refrigerator, air-conditioning in the summer months (from July 1 to September 30, heating in winter, direct dial telephone, piped music and safety deposit box.

The complex offers many auxiliary facilities which include a 24-hour reception, concierge services, the Alcazaba Conference Hall, a shopping gallery with many boutiques, a gift shop and newsagent, souvenirs, a photo shop, a hairdressers, medical services and a private car park. There is also a supermarket, public telephones, Internet Corner and laundry service available on site or on request.

The Sol Principito Apartments complex has a large range of bars, cafés and restaurants available. The main restaurant offers magnificent views across the Mediterranean sea and has a full hot and cold buffet service for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are also two cafeterias which provide tasty set meals and snacks. In addition to these there is the "Divania" coffee shop, which offers a full range of snacks and beverages and has live music and dancing during the summer. Also during the summer there are two pool-side bars. To keep you busy in the evenings there is the "El Turco" piano bar which offers lively shows every evening during the summer as well as The "Alcazaba" hall which has superb shows every evening in winter. For those of you that want to party until the early hours there is the "Ali Bába" discotheque.

The Sol Principito Apartments complex has three outdoor swimming pools (one of which is for children). All the pools are surrounded by spacious tropical gardens and terraces. There is also a heated indoor pool (very popular during the winter).

One of the highlights of this complex is the extensive and varied daytime and evening entertainment programme for both adults and children alike. The activities are carefully coordinated by the entertainment staff and vary depending upon the weather and season. There are numerous sports activities available such as archery, shooting, tennis, volleyball, table tennis, aerobics, keep fit, aqua aerobics, bowls, darts and "SOL" games. For children aged between 5 and 10 there is a playground and they can join in the fun on offer at the "Bamm Bamm Club" which is open all year round. For children under this age (between 1 and 4) they can be cared for at the "Baby Rock Club". Not forgetting the slightly older children (10 to 14) they can enjoy themselves at the "Roca Sports Club" (both of the aforementioned clubs are only open in summertime).
