Our Terms of Use is the user agreement between us, Printkits Travel S.L ("website", "we") and you, the user ("User", "you"), and will govern your use of our website, or other distribution channels (such as Interactive TV ("IDTV"), mobile telephone commerce ("WAP") or interactive voice technology ("IVT") (the "Channels").

General Section
It is important that you read and understand our contractual relationship regarding your use of our Channels, so please read these terms and conditions. You must confirm that you have read and understood these terms before we will allow you to purchase any product from our Channels.
Aside from a small proportion of our products, our Channels follow an agency model, ie, we are the disclosed agent for third party suppliers such as tour operators, hotels or other travel suppliers. As a result, the contract is always between the supplier and You, which usually means additional terms and conditions will govern the contract, applied by each supplier. It is imperative for you to read and understand these conditions before completing a transaction with us. Our Customer Services team can provide you with these terms and conditions – we will instruct you how at the end of these terms of use. Wherever we act as agent, we are exempt from contractual liability to you in respect of your transaction or purchased product. However, should we have found to have been negligent, or have misrepresented information or breached any other relevant law, we may be liable to you. In some instances, we act on principal, whereby the contract for the purchased product is directly between us and you – we will inform you whenever we are acting as principal or as agent.
All products offered through our Channels are an invitation to you to make an offer to our suppliers and not an offer by Printkits Travel S.L to sell any product. However, we are in a position to accept or reject that offer on behalf of our suppliers. For website purchases, we will send you a confirmation of purchase email. For purchases from other Channels, the confirmation may differ. Example: if you purchase via WAP we will confirm via SMS. Each relevant Channel makes clear which method of confirmation is used.
Should you have any queries relating to the product, you should address the supplier, for it is between you and them where the contract exists. Each confirmation email/SMS etc we send you will clearly display the name, address and contact details of the supplier and, of course, our Customer Services team can assist you with any queries you may have.
With contracts between third party suppliers (such as tour operators) and not Printkits Travel S.L, we may pass your credit card details (or other sanctioned method of payment) to the third party in question. The act of ordering a product or service by you constitutes your consent for us to pass on your details.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have read and understood the Policy sections on each of the Channels.
The act of undertaking a transaction using the details you give us while using the Channels is your guarantee that the method of payment used is your own and that you have sufficient funds to cover all costs incurred.
It is your responsibility to inform our Customer Services of any changes to the details supplied to us by you.
We will not send unsolicited emails to you but we cannot guarantee that the third parties privy to your details will not do so.
Our Channels are not set up to deter you from making impossible bookings (for example: two separate rooms in one hotel on the same day or a room in two separate hotels at the same time) – there is no refund available should you make this kind of booking error.
Our aim is to ensure we correct all errors and omissions as quickly as possible once notified of them. However, due to the required technology, there may be occasions when obvious errors do occur. As an example, there may be occasions when a price, product or service detail is presented incorrectly on a Channel – in this instance we reserve the right to cancel the contract without any liability placed on you.
We cannot guarantee that this website is free from viruses or any other destructive or contaminating infection.
Miscellaneous
You accept all financial responsibility for transactions made on your account or under your name. You must be 18 years or over to make a purchase, and have the legal capacity to make the transaction.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you supply us with is true and accurate.
You must not attempt to make false, fraudulent or speculative bookings on the website.
There are likely to be transaction delays if you fail to supply the correct credit or debit card cardholder details and/or billing address information.
The details you supply us with must match those on the credit card billing statement. If payment is declined after issue, or incorrect billing information or cardholder details have been supplied, we reserve the right to cancel the product or service.
In addition, we reserve the right to undertake random checks in order to minimise the instances of credit card fraud, and so may request additional proof of identity, such as a faxed copy of your address and/or a recent billing statement. Any transmission of defamatory, threatening, political, racist or pornographic material that is otherwise unlawful is expressly prohibited.
The site and all content must not be copied, transmitted, modified, sold, distributed, reproduced licensed or displayed in any way by you, other than for your own personal and non-commercial use.
Hotel Reservation Section
All advertised hotel discounts are based on discounts from the full ‘rack rate’ – including applicable taxes – and are valid and correct at the time the discounts are first offered on any Channel. Note: hotels in other countries may charge additional local or other taxes which may not be immediately included in the offer.
The ‘Rack Rate’ is the published maximum a hotel will charge for any of its rooms.
All prices stated are per room, per night basis and are exempt from additional applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Hotel room photographs may only be a depiction of the types of rooms on offer and may not represent the actual room description.
Although every effort is undertaken to ensure all hotel descriptions, ratings and names are as accurate and up-to-date as possible, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies or misconceptions that may arise.
Unless it states otherwise, breakfast, lunch and dinner will not be included.
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of guide dogs. Make the hotel aware of this situation when making your booking.
We cannot be held responsible for any misrepresentation of star ratings because they may differ according to the country you reside in and according to the whims of Spanish Tourism Law.
In order to confirm your reservation, it is imperative that you carefully read, understand and accept the Cancellations & No-Show Policies on each reservation form.
The supervising tourist authority will be the general management of tourist planning and regulation for the Junta de Andalucia.
