The hotel complex is overlooking the nice beach to which guests can get in a few minutes, while the capital, Mahon, and its airport are both about 45 minutes from here.

This modern complex, (refurbished in 2004), offers a total of 164 apartments with one and two bedrooms each distributed among 5 low-rise buildings located surrounded by a swimming pool area. Each of them come very well decorated and equipped with every modern fitting such as air-conditioning, en-suite bathroom with hairdryer and shower, kitchenette with fridge and a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, satellite television and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views.

Leisure facilities include a large outdoor swimming pool, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens overlooking the sea which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
